This Sunday, 19 October 2025, Peace Church hosts one of its most beloved celebrations: the African-Style Harvest Festival. With music from the African Choir, joyful dancing, colourful offerings, and an all-age feast of faith, this is a Sunday you don’t want to miss!

This Sunday at 12:00 noon, we gather for one of the liveliest and most heartfelt services of the year: 🌾 Peace Church’s African-Style Harvest Festival.
We’ll start with a procession full of music and colour, led by our African Choir. The sanctuary will fill with songs of gratitude like Come, Ye Thankful People, Come and Great is Thy Faithfulness. We’ll hear words of encouragement from Deuteronomy 8, reminding us to give thanks in every season.
But this isn’t just about watching. This is participation worship.
Bring your voice. Bring your steps. Bring an offering of thanks—whether it’s fruit, flowers, vegetables, or simply your presence.
💃🏾 Expect dancing.
🎶 Expect powerful music.
🙏🏾 Expect prayers that move body and soul.
The service is for all ages and includes a special moment for children, the Prayer Wall, and an invitation to come forward with your harvest offerings.
And then? We feast. After the service, the celebration continues with a Harvest Auction full of surprises and laughter, followed by a shared Harvest Meal in true multicultural Peace Church style. You're welcome to bring a dish to share – or simply bring your appetite.
Wear your brightest colours. Invite your friends. Show up with joy.
Whether you’ve celebrated Harvest with us before or this will be your first time – this is the Sunday to be here.
